Free 15-Minute Discovery Call

A complimentary, no-pressure call to discuss your goals, challenges, and whether my services are the right fit for you. This is a chance to ask questions, learn about my approach, and decide next steps.

Initial Nutrition Assessment – 60 Minutes

A comprehensive one-hour session focused on understanding you. We’ll review your health history, lifestyle, food intake, concerns, and goals. You’ll receive personalized, practical nutrition recommendations and an action plan tailored to your needs.

Follow-Up Appointments – 45 Minutes

Ongoing support to help you stay on track. Follow-ups focus on progress, problem-solving, refining your plan, and building sustainable habits. Sessions are adjusted based on what’s working for you and what needs support.

All appointments are available online (virtual) or in-person (at TFA), offering flexibility to fit your schedule and comfort.

Perfect for couples, friends, or family members who want to build healthy routines together while staying motivated and accountable.

 

4‑Week Program Options:

One‑on‑One Coaching, Built for You

$80 per session

Enjoy fully personalized coaching designed around your fitness level, goals, injuries, and schedule. Ideal for those wanting focused attention, progressive programming, and consistent support.

4‑Week Program Options:

  • 1 workout/week (60 min) → $320

  • 2 workouts/week (60 min) → $640

Nutrition Add On

+$100 — Available with any training package

Work one‑on‑one with a Registered Dietitian to support your training, recovery, and long‑term results.

Includes:

  • 2 × 30‑minute nutrition counselling sessions (reg. $135)

  • Weekly check‑ins with your coach

  • Ongoing support — ask questions anytime

This integrated approach supports movement, nutrition, and accountability — because lasting results don’t happen in isolation.
